As a PHP Full Stack Engineer you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Work closely with senior developers, support staff, and product managers to plan and implement code enhancements.
- Develop and maintain applications – Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code using Laravel and MySQL.
- Fix bugs & optimize performance – Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and optimize code for scalability.
- Create reports & dashboards – Develop data-driven reports using jQuery, SQL, and visualization tools.
- Support internal & external teams – Assist technical support when issues require in-depth troubleshooting.
- Engage with clients when needed – Occasionally communicate with customers to clarify new feature requests or resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to code quality & best practices – Document processes, write reusable code, and ensure security best practices.
- 4+ years of experience in PHP development (Laravel required).
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with REST API development and system integrations.
- Familiarity with web payment systems and eCommerce platforms (e.g., PayPal, WorldPay, GlobalPay, Authorize.net).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with SaaS CRM platforms and complex web applications.
- Knowledge of cross-browser development & testing.
- Understanding of contact management systems and computer telephony integration (CTI).
- Experience with Asterisk-based telephony development or VoIP systems.
